The Hospital offers a comprehensive range of services:

• General, pre-purchase and insurance physical examinations
• Treatment and prevention of internal and external parasites
• Vaccinations
• Diagnosis and treatment of skin conditions
• Dental care including floating and tooth extraction
• Diagnosis and treatment of eye injuries and disorders
• Foot and leg care including lameness evaluation with x-ray and ultrasound examination of tendons
• Reproduction management including fertility evaluation, breeding, culture and sensitivity testing, uterine biopsy and cytology, fiberoptiscope examination of uterus, uterine flush and plasma transfusions, semen collection, artificial insemination, pregnancy detection, ultrasound examination, obstetric assistance, post delivery exams.
• Care of newborn foals including neonatal crisis management, IgG testing of foals, and laboratory analysis for crisis-causing blood factors
• Diagnosis and treatment of digestive disorders including colic
• Cardiovascular and pulmonary evaluation with ECG, ultrasound and radiology
• Diagnosis and treatment of throat abnormalities with fiberoptiscope evaluation
• Euthanasia with advice on burial and cremation services available.

Ambulatory Service:
Our ambulatory veterinarians have long-tem relationships with a host of breeding and performance horse studs in the area, as well as individual horse owners. The many services provided include reproductive management, including special techniques, primary and preventative health care, lameness evaluation, pre-purchase evaluation, and 24 hour emergency coverage. In addition to farm services, our ambulatory veterinarians provide services at numerous EFA and pony club events.
