This facility has one acre under roof.
It has been designed to be a teaching facility as well as an Animal Hospital. Overhead viewing areas allow school groups to witness simple procedures in a safe environment.
Our friendly staff will conduct the tours which include:

  • Basic animal health discussions
  • Interaction with the clinic pets which include birds, a snake, a bearded dragon, and a loveable cat
  • Viewing of the surgery
  • Displays of equipment eg. Ultrasound etc.
  • Horse Hospital
  • Hydrotherapy centre
  • Grooming centre
  • Dog training area

A large 20mt x 30mt foyer is available for special interest groups to hold displays. The lecture theater holds 100 people with state of the art screen and communication system and is available for hire...

We wish to encourage better understanding through education, promoting animal health and wellbeing.

Tour Prices

The cost of tours depend on individual requirements and group sizes and the time allocated for your individual tour. Our tours and the content would vary according to group ages.
The following are options available:

  • Tour only basic informative lectures.
  • Tour with Snacks and drinks provided.
  • Tour and use of lecture theatre.
  • Tour with specialist talks and demonstrations.

There are many options available and as this facility is unique for Australia it is recommended that you make an appointment to visit our clinic. Meet with our tour staff and work out what would suit your school and class age.

Each child will be given a show bag that will include information, discount voucher for pet care at the clinic and discounts on the day at the pet supermarket. They will also be given an application form to our kids club.

WoofPurNay (Our clinic mascot) will guide the groups and introduce children to the vets who will give informative talks on a range of subjects, of course you can pick your own topics if you wish....

WoofPurNay will show you around our Dog pool and Hydrotherapy rooms. Watch our professional groomers transform a knotted long haired dog to a sleek shiny Pur-fectly groomed pet.

The best part of the tour will be when he shows you around the Veterinary Hospital. Watch consultations, speak to the vets, ask them questions, they are there to help you. Even watch a surgery from our upstairs overhead viewing areas and come see the horse hospital.
